The Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Biodiversity and Conservation (PPGBC) and its Internal Regulations were approved by Resolution CEPEX/UFPI No. 108, on July 11, 2019, in the academic modality, and incorporated into the Biodiversity area of CAPES. The PPGBC is affiliated with the Pro-Rectorate of Graduate Education and the Amílcar Ferreira Sobral Campus of the Federal University of Piauí (UFPI), headquartered in Floriano, Piauí.
